What God Needs…

We are living in a time when a man who truly loves God feels to cry out with David and pray, “Help, Lord, for the godly man ceaseth; for the faithful fail from among the children of men,” (Psalm 12:1). Jesus asked the question, “…When the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?” (Luke 18:8).

God needs men of faith. In nominal Christendom there are many expressions of faith. It is all too evident, however, that many do not have the faith that was once delivered to the saints, nor the faith that makes one wise unto salvation. Many today are satisfied to live with a few Christian principles.

What God needs today is men who accept the Scriptures at face value. It is too sad, but nevertheless a fact, that far too many believe and practice only part of what Jesus taught. When it comes to believing those things that belong to cross-bearing, such as denial of self and the things that belong to the world, there are but few who willingly follow Christ, our Lord, all the way. If the man is unwilling to take this cross upon himself, Jesus said, “He is not worthy of me”. Such unwillingness is a sign that he is ashamed of Christ (Matthew 10:34; Mark 8:34). Those who are unwilling to go all the way with Jesus have only a partial faith, for which they do not have the promise of salvation.

God needs men today who are obedient. Where a living faith is established in the heart, there is always a firm resolve to be obedient unto the Lord. Faith and obedience are inseparable. God does not entrust a strong faith to men who are disobedient to His will. The accomplishments of the patriarchs as recorded in Bible history are a result of their determination to obey God regardless of the cost. The martyrs also loved the Lord and the souls of men above all else. They had an unwavering faith for which they were willing to die. God can still do wonders with men of faith who have the firm purpose and are not afraid to make it known. God needs men who are willing to live what they believe. When Jesus commissioned His disciples to go out into all the world and preach the Gospel, He told them to teach the people to observe all things that He had commanded them (Matthew 28:20).

God needs men with a positive faith to proclaim a positive Gospel today by teaching and observing (the) “all things”, as Jesus commanded. Only when believers say no to the things that the Bible calls sin does their position become positive. Such believers then are worthy to make known this wonderful salvation. Since much of the preaching today is adulterated, it has made many hearers only partial believers. Because of the lack of faithful teaching today, many may be found weighed in the balances and found wanting on (their) Judgment Day. How good it would be if such souls would come to Jesus and ask, “What lack I yet?” and become willing to make a complete surrender.

All ministers of the Gospel should know that someday they will be called into account for the things (that) they have taught or have not taught. Those who undertake to preach the Gospel need to realize that they have a just God to face. It is one thing to preach the Gospel and another thing to appear before God and give an answer for it. Only those who are truly faithful will be free before Him.

God needs men of vision today, who with anointed eyes can see the fearful punishment awaiting those who disobey the Gospel of Jesus Christ. The Bible tells us that there will be those who are ever-learning, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Jesus says in His prayer, “Thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes,” (Matthew 11:25).

The Apostle Paul make it plain that unless man has been transformed by the renewing of the mind and is not conformed to this world, he cannot prove the will of God. In an age when the voices of confusion are heard so freely, God needs men who have a steadfast faith to declare the truth with a “thus saith the Lord”. They need to speak the Word with authority, making known the truth as it stands before God, saying: “This is the way; walk ye in it”.

God needs men today who will witness for the truth at the expense of not being liked or loved for it, men who are unafraid to warn against the prevailing sins of this generation. There was a time when even many unbelievers lived with higher principles and standards than many do today who bear the title “Christian”. John taught us, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abitdeth for ever,” (1 John 2:15-17). It cannot be denied that this lust, of which John spoke, is rampant in the world.

So many women of today “dress up” with painted nails, lips and faces, cut hair, styled hair, spike/high-heeled shoes, rings, earrings, bracelets and other kinds of jewelry. They wear jeans, slacks, shorts, and other immodest apparel against which the Word of God teaches. If, and whenever, men follow in like manner, they are just as guilty before God as are the women.

Then there are the fruits of the flesh: carnality, drinking, smoking, carousing around, etc. Are not these things motivated by the lust(s) of the eye(s) and the lust(s) of the flesh? And are they not prompted by pride? Let all who think that all this outward adornment of te body does not matter read the third chapter of Isaiah. Here the prophet foretells the dreadful punishment coming upon the daughters of Zion for such manifestations of pride. Are (the) men and women (of) today (any) better? If each disobedience and transgression receives a just recompense of reward, then how shall we escape if we neglect so great a salvation? (Hebrews 2:1-3). We will be held even more accountable.

Even though Scripture clearly teaches against the outward adorning, one hears professing Christians say there is no harm in outward things if the heart is right. Those who say this have a lack of (a) fear of God or are ignorant of the Word of God. Who can say that these things don’t matter when the Word of God says (that) they do? Jesus said His Word would judge us in the last day and all that are not in harmony with God’s Word shall be judged and condemned. The Lord, through the prophet Jeremiah, warned that the children of Israel not to learn the ways of the heathen (Jeremiah 10:2). And in Leviticus 20:23, we read, “Ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation… I abhorred them”.

Consider just now the many unnecessary things that have come into the homes which can be nothing less than the lust that is in the world. One of the very worst evils that has come into many nominal Christian homes is television. It often comes under the disguise of good, but it is all too evident that the evil (far) outweighs the good. The Bible tells us to abstain even from the appearance of evil. That which used to be confined to the inside walls of the theater(s) has come into the home(s). It is no wonder that unbelievers are satisfied with themselves when they look at those who claim to be Christians. Such inconsistent (so-called) Christians of today have much reason to confess their wrongdoing to God and man and remove the stumbling block that they have laid in the unbeliever’s pathway. Yes, God needs men of unwavering faith who are ready to bring out into the open the sins of the unbelievers, and also the sins of those who profess to believe. The Bible asks the question, “If the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?” (1 Peter 4:18).

The only way to Heaven is still the straight and narrow way. God desires that all Christians would endure hardness as good soldiers of the cross and strike sin at its roots, so that transgressors might feed easy and call on the Lord for forgiveness. A lack of concern and a coolness of spirit are like the “little foxes that destroy the vineyard”. They cause us to be unable to prove what the Spirit of God is wanting to say to us. The grace of God teaches us to deny worldly lusts and to live soberly in the present world.

We are living in the time when many are saying, “Lo here, and lo there is Christ”. There is but one Christ to follow. There is a a great need that people read their Bibles to find out if they are out on some side road which does not lead them to Jesus, Who is the Way, the Truth and the Life. The Bible says (that) the Holy Spirit shall guide and direct us into all truth. The (very) same Spirit always corresponds with the Word. Because of varied interpretations and applications of the Scriptures, there is much confusion in the world today and deception is widespread. Jesus forewarned in Matthew 24:5, “For many shall come in my name, saying, I Am Christ; and shall deceived many”. Seeking souls have reason(s) to ask, “What shall I do, whom shall I believe, and where are the people of God?

God has a covenant people with a biblical faith. They are holding the candlestick, showing the way to all who desire of know the truth and are willing to live (in) it. Individuals with an experience of salvation with God, Who has found the body of believers, the Church, can say with Job of old, “I have heard of thee by the hearing of the ear: but now mine eye seeth thee,” (Job 42:5). They also know what Ruth means when she said, “Thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God,” (Ruth 1:16). The God of Job, of Ruth and of other men and women of faith still lives. He will lead those who desire to know the truth into ways that lead to life eternal.

Characteristics of the Self Life: Measure Yourself.

The following are some of the features and manifestations of the self-life. The Holy Spirit alone can interpret and apply this to your individual case. As you read, examine yourself in the very presence of God.

ARE YOU EVER CONSCIOUS OF:

A secret spirit of pride or an exalted feeling in view of your success or position — because of your good training or appearance; because of your natural gifts and abilities — an important, independent spirit? -Proverbs 6:18, 20:6, 25:14; -Romans 12:3; -James 4:6.

Love of human praise; a secret fondness to be noticed; love of supremacy; drawing attention to (one) self in conversation; a swelling out of self when (ever) you have had a special open door in speaking or praying? -John 5:44, 12:42,43; -1 Corinthians 13:4-7.

The stirrings of anger or impatience which, worst of all, you call nervousness or holy indignation; a touchy, testy, sensitive spirit; a disposition to resent and retaliate when disapproved of or contradicted; a desire to throw sharp, heated remarks at another? -Psalm 37:8; -Ecclesiastes 7:9; -Luke 21:19; -James 1:19.

Self-will; a stubborn, unteachable spirit; an argumentative, talkative spirit; harsh, sarcastic expressions; an unyielding, headstrong disposition; a driving, commanding spirit; a disposition to criticize and pick flaws when set aside and unnoticed; a peevish, fretful spirit; a disposition that love to be coaxed and humored? -Deuteronomy 1:43; -Malachi 2:2; -James 3:17; -2 Peter 2:10.

Carnal, fleshly fear; a man-fearing spirit; a shrinking from reproach and duty; reasoning around your cross; a shrinking from doing your whole duty to those of wealth and/or position; a fearfulness that someone will offend and drive some prominent person away; a compromising spirit? –1 Samuel 15:24; -Proverbs 29:25; -Galatians 2:12; -1 John 4:18.

A jealous disposition; a secret of envy shut up in your heart; an unpleasant sensation in view of the great prosperity and success of another; a disposition to speak of the weaknesses, faults and failings — rather than the gifts, virtues and strengths of those more talented and appreciated than yourself? -Genesis 26:12-16; -1 Samuel 18:8,9; -Proverbs 6:34, 14:30; -Matthew 21:15; -Romans 12:9,10.

A dishonest, deceitful disposition; the evading and covering (up) of the truth; the concealment of your real/actual faults; (the) leaving of a better impression of yourself than is strictly true; false humility; exaggeration; (the) straining/stretching of the truth? -Psalm 15:2,3; -Isaiah 29:13; -Jeremiah 17:9; -Matthew 23:28; -Luke 22:48; -Acts 5:2,3; -1 Timothy 4:2.

Unbelief; a spirit of discouragement in times of pressure, resistance and opposition; (a) lack of quietness and confidence in God; (a) lack of faith and trust in God; a disposition to worry and complain in the midst of pain, poverty, distress, trials, tribulations, etc. or at the dispensation of Divine Providence; an overanxious feeling of whether everything will come out alright? -Isaiah 7:9; -Luke 12:28-30; -1 Corinthians 2:14; -2 Corinthians 5:6; -Hebrews 11:6; -1 Peter 5:7.

Formality and deadliness; (a) lack of concern for lost souls; dryness and indifference; (a) lack of power with God? -Matthew 15:14; -2 Timothy 3:5; -Revelation 2:4, 3:1.

Selfishness; love of ease; love of money? -Amos 6:1-6; -Luke 12:19-21; -1 Timothy 6:10,11.

These are some of the traits which generally indicate a carnal heart. By prayer, hold your heart open to the searchlight of God until you see the very insides thereof. “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: and see if there be any wicked way in me,”  -Psalm 139:23,24.

The Holy Ghost will enable you, by confession and faith, to bring your ‘self-life’ to the death. Do not patch (it) over, but to the very bottom and clean out all (of) the dross. It/that alone will pay.

-Oh, to be saved from myself, dear Lord! Oh, to be lost in Thee!

-Oh, that it might be no more I, but Christ that lives in me! -Anonymous Arrangement

-Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Psalm 51:10.

How Readest Thou?! (Poem)

It is one thing to read the Bible through,

It’s another thing to read to learn and do.

Some read it as their duty once a week,

But no instructions from the Bible (do they) seek.

Some read to bring themselves into repute

By showing others how often they can dispute.

While others read because their neighbors do

To see how long ’twill take to read it through.

Some read it for the wonders that are there,

How David killed a lion and a bear.

While others read it with uncommon care,

Hoping to find some contradictions there.

One reads with father’s specs upon his head,

And sees the thing just as his father said.

Some read to prove a pre-adopted creed,

Hence understand but little that they read.

For every passage in the book they bend,

To make it suit that all-important end.

Some people read as I have often thought,

To teach the Bible instead of being taught.

And some there are who read it out of spite,

I fear there are but few who read it right.

So many people in these latter days

Have read the Bible in so many ways;

That few can tell which system is the best,

For every party contradicts the rest.

But read it prayerfully and you will see,

Although men contradict, God’s Word(s) agree;

For what the early Bible prophets wrote,

We find that Christ and His apostles quote.

So trust no one creed that trembles to recall

What has been penned by one and verified by all.

Subliminal Ads: A New Installment (I’ve got something for the kiddies too)!

Why O' Why?

See if you can find the word “SEX” in this poster because it’s there:Before I point it out, I want to share a little thing that I do to unwind that I think “might” have sharpened my “skills” for lack of a better word on truly being able to see things that are in plain sight.  I like to go to this website called Escape Games 24 for their free online games.  They have all kinds but I like the “escape the room”, “spot the difference” and “hidden object” type of games.  When I just want to chill before bedtime but sort of use my mind at the same time but not so much that I can’t sleep, I have find that it works for me.  I’m finding that since I’ve been playing some of these games, in particular “difference/hidden”, I’m noticing that I actually can see quite a…

Ritual Child Abuse and MK Ultra or Mind Control… is it real?

Why O' Why?

**** WARNING:  IF YOU SUSPECT THAT YOU HAVE BEEN A VICTIM OF MIND CONTROL, THIS ARTICLE COULD CAUSE TRIGGERS ****

Well, of course it is.  What’s sort of surprising are the amount of powerful and wealthy parents who participate and offer their children up in these sick sacrifices.  This is a huge global problem and I for one do not intend to pretend that it doesn’t exist.  These young lives are forever ruined.  I could never imagine the things that they’ve endured that is to say, if they are not killed during these rituals.  Yes, they are sacrificing children to their god which is Satan/Lucifer.  Now… I do not intend to take this post to some preaching of the Word of God, my only aim is to try my best to introduce you to this disturbing reality.  Why?  Because of the mind control aspect.  Mind Control is almost completely undetectable…

How a leading American fashion model came to be experimented upon by the CIA mind control team

Why O' Why?

I’m posting this one for two reasons; 1) it’s a damn good read– I plan to purchase the book; 2) this could be a real glimpse into MK Ultra.  While I don’t want to spoil the read for you, here are a few excerpts:

While preparing for bed, Candy began speaking again in the voice Nebel had heard earlier. Even more alarming, this strange personality within Candy had a completely different attitude towards him; ‘she’ sounded cruel, mocking and cold. When Nebel asked her about it, Candy was astonished; she hadn’t noticed the emergence of another voice or personality.

This operation was vast and highly organised. Candy – as Arlene, the virtual zombie – visited training camps, military bases and secret medical facilities all over America. She was studied and trained in every aspect of covert action, including explosives, close combat with improvised weaponry, disguise and communications. She was taught…
